Ingredients

  • Mr Black Coffee Liqueur1 oz
  • Espresso or Cold Brew Concentrate1 oz
  • Spiced Rum1 oz
  • Gingerbread Syrup 0.5 oz
  • Caramel Sauce & Gingerbread Garnish

Method

  1. Step 1Prep your glass with a gingerbread rim. Dip rim of glass into caramel sauce then gently roll into gingerbread crumbs and set aside
  2. Step 2Add remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 12-15 seconds, until chilled and very frothy in consistency
  3. Step 3Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with extra gingerbread
