Deliveries will be dispatched within 48 hours of completed order (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) and payment has been received. They are dispatched from Wyong (Central Coast), NSW. You will receive a notification from Australia Post to let you know your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
Orders placed outside office hours and weekends will be not processed until the following business day.
Please note: Delivery timelines are a guideline and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Mr Black Spirits's reasonable control. If we are aware of a delay we will contact you.
If the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date details, Mr Black Spirits, is not liable for incorrect or unclaimed delivery.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Returns of Goods will only be accepted if the Goods are faulty or should we make an error with your order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
